Recommended physiotherapists in Basingstoke, Winchester, London & Southampton

Quite often to treat a problem multiple people are required, so we thought it would be a good idea to do a piece on physiotherapists we would recommend, just in case you need one.

Basingstoke
Simon Orr – Sports / Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Personal trainer www.sophysical.co.uk

Simon is some one who we have worked for the last few years, he is very rehabilitationfocused, getting you in the gym and making sure you progress forward. Also been a personal trainer really helps giving people a graded return to sport programme. Finally he is a Iron Man athlete, injury wise you name it he has had it, so you know you are in good hands.Simons knowledge of tendon’s is second to none and runs a joint clinic with a local sports consultant.

Winchester
Symon Jenner – Sports / Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Personal trainer www.winchesterphysiotherapy.co.uk

Symon is some who have worked with for the last 5 years, once again he is very rehabilitation focused, making use of the gym setting he works in. Symon is very keen on people taking control of their own rehabilitation. Symon still works as an extended scope physiotherapist within the NHS, so this helps him keep up to date with the current evidence.

Karen Reay – Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.
www.reactivate-physioclinic.co.uk

Karen I currently work with and she is very good with the female patient and the older patient, who wants to keep and remain active. Using her skills as a Pilates instructor, she is good at getting people active and managing those chronic conditions.

Southampton
Kristina Fagerli – Sports Chiropractor www.lowfordclinic.co.uk

Kristina is someone who I have recently started working with, I know she is not a physiotherapist, however chiropractor’s can be just as effective in managing sporting and musculoskeletal problems, Kristina has a special interest managing sport injuries and rehabilitation. Kristina has been very helpful in helping to manage cases where help with hip and lower back problems has been required.

Mark Prudden – Chiropractor www.lowfordclinic.co.uk

Mark is a very skilled chiropractor and really changed my views of chiropractors, Mark actively tries to dispel the myths surrounding chiropractors. Mark tries to work with the best current evidence and helps educates patients and help them to manage their problem.

London
David Harris – Clinical director and Sports / Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist – www.oxfordcircusphysio.co.uk

I have been working with David and his team at Oxford circus physiotherapy for the last 18 months, you will see from their google reviews they have quite a reputation, one of the key points is that their clinic is part of a strength and conditioning clinic, so it is a great place for getting on top of your injury and getting strong.

Chris Barker – Sports / Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist http://www.atherapy.org

Chris works near Tower Hill, I have been working with Chris for the last 7 months, he continues to impress me with his knowledge and desire to get people back to sport. He always wants to learn and increase his knowledge to help keep you guys active.
