One of the reasons we started the NK Active podcast<\/a> was to give us, as a team, a platform to talk to you all about the areas of our work and lifestyles that influence the success of our work. It is place we were can not only talk about injuries, conditions and rehabilitation from a professional point of view, but also from the point of view that we have had injuries and needed a recovery and rehabilitation plan too! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we were recorded the first NK Active podcast, we each took a turn to introduce ourselves and talk about what we thought was unique and special about the clinic and the way we work with our patients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Natalie BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy and the NK Active Exercise rehab instructor says that one of the things she loves the good repertoire we have with our patients and the level of trust they have in us, makes supporting them throughout the journey so much better. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
